Silliman MassCom Building

Silliman University now has its first building built on top of an existing structure ready for occupancy this coming school year 2013-2014, following its completion by SolidACE Construction and Development.

The building was constructed for the College of Mass Communication. It forms a second-storey to the ground floor complex of the Instructional Media and Technology Center.

Completed in November 2012, the building has a total of 11 rooms, composed of classrooms, a faculty room and a multi-media laboratory.

Construction of 10 Duplex Units Underway

The construction of 10 duplex residential units is one of the newest projects of SolidACE Construction and Development.

Located in Bolocboloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, these housing units are for long-serving employees of an established local computer company.

Each unit has two bedrooms, toilet and bath, living room, kitchen and laundry area.

Phase 1 of 3-Storey Dorm Completed

Phase 1 of the 3-storey dormitory building project of SolidACE Construction and Development was completed in July 2012. Located along Dr. V. Locsin Street, the dormitory features 36 rooms and a roof deck. The building is one of the bigger and newer structures in the area.
